The words Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR) are thrown around in conversation so frequently today, but believe it or not, the majority of people are not familiar with these terms. There are not many companies using VR and AR at the moment; however a majority of those not currently using VR or AR are considering adopting VR or AR in the next 3 years. The main reservation which organizations have about this technology is the cost, a majority of organizations are saying that cost is a very important factor in their decision to use VR or AR. Simulation exercises, computer modeling, and employee testing and training can all be done simply with the use of a headset today, making lives easier everywhere; and making VR or AR technology a worthy investment.
