Chicago – April 5th, 2022 – Touchstone Research announced today that Jack Keelan has joined the firm as Sr. Project Director. Keelan will work closely with TSR’s youth & family, tech and media & entertainment clients in executing a wide range of next gen qualitative research programs. Keelan is among 14 new hires added to the firm over the past 12 months.
Prior to joining Touchstone, Keelan spent time at Radio Flyer as a Design Researcher where he was responsible for designing, coordinating, moderating, and reporting on research projects around a variety of kids toys as well as electric bikes/scooters for adults. Keelan is passionate about empathizing with and advocating for the consumer throughout the product development process.
Keelan holds a BS in Product Design from Stanford University where he also competed on the cross country and track and field team and broke the 4-minute mile record.
