Governing Law
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other regulations, procedures and policies which we refer to and which are hereby incorporated by reference, contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and the Site and supersedes any and all prior understandings relating to the Site and your use of the Site. This Agreement cannot be changed or terminated orally.
