Touchstone Research Promotes Karen Spruill to Research Manager

Austin, Texas– July 29, 2022 – Touchstone Research announced today that Karen Spruill has been promoted to Research Manager on TSR’s qualitative research division.  In her new role, Karen will lead and mentor a team of qualitative analysts and associates within TSR’s qual division, and oversee core youth and family, media entertainment and technology client accounts and help the firm’s continued pursuit of Innovation & Excellence across research methodologies, technologies, and business operations.

Karen is a senior qualitative researcher and moderator with 15+ years of experience translating consumer behavior into meaningful insights. While Karen is adept at leading research across a wide range of methodologies, she is especially passionate about conducting qualitative research studies, both remotely and in-person.  Karen has extensive experience conducting a range of qualitative methodologies including in-depth interviews, focus groups, UX research, insight communities, discussion boards, and rolling research programs for some of the world’s largest brands. As a highly skilled communicator, she loves connecting with participants and getting down to the heart of the matter.
