This notice is to provide Research Participants with information about the categories of information collected, those we share it with, and the purpose for collecting and sharing this information.

Below are the categories of information Touchstone Research Inc. (collectively with its affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions, together “Touchstone Research” or “TSR” or “we” or “us“) has collected, used and shared in the past 12 months:
