(“TSR” or “we”) is firmly committed to ensuring the privacy of those customers (“Clients” or “you”) who use the TSR website (“site”).  TSR is a full-service marketing research firm that has been providing quantitative and qualitative market research services for clients for over 25 years.  We at TSR have always cared deeply about the privacy and security of data from our research participants and clients.  This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, store, use, and disclose your Personal Information (as defined below) that we receive from you via this website.  By using this site, you consent to the terms of this policy.

TSR collects the following types of personal data on our site:

  • Information You Provide Us

You may choose to provide us with your personal contact information on our Contact Form, when subscribing to our Tech Savvy Researcher Newsletter and when commenting on our blog articles.  This information includes, your: name, email address and phone number.

We collect this information with your consent and use your contact information to connect with you when you ask us to do so.  We may also use your contact information to tell you about changes to this privacy policy.

  • Information We Collect – Cookies and Analytics

Cookies.  Cookies are small information files that are placed on your computer when you visit a website.  TSR uses both “session cookies” and “persistent cookies.”  A session cookie remembers your preferences for a single site visit, while a persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. These persistent types of cookies can be removed.
