The client, a prominent digital communication platform, was developing a new AI-powered creative feature designed to support user self-expression.
Before releasing the feature to the public, internal teams needed to validate the concept with their core demographic: Gen Z. The primary challenge was to understand how users would interpret the AI capabilities and whether the proposed user flow was intuitive. The client needed to identify:
