A brief information gathering session where we work closely with you to understand your key research objectives, target consumers and any special criteria or requirements Our team of highly experienced consumer insights analysts will start fleshing out your survey design based on your requirements keeping in mind overall user experience and the latest survey question type technologies to ensure your survey delivers the best insights possible while keeping participants highly engaged. Our design approach takes different user experiences into account to ensure that your survey makes sense across all platforms and devices—computers, smartphones, and tablets. We are in constant communication during this survey design process to answer any questions you may have. Once we have completed the initial survey design phase, we will send it over to you to ensure you have a final say before moving to the survey programming phase. At this point we setup a final review call if desired and make any final changes to the survey doc if needed. Once approved we will move to the survey programming phase.
